Julie Packett

Julie Packett is a wife, mother, and former meteorologist with a passion for inspiring children through storytelling and STEM. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science and is especially dedicated to helping young learners understand weather and stay safe.

Her love for education was solidified when a young student dressed as a meteorologist for Career Day, reminding Julie of the powerful impact representation can have, especially for girls in STEM.

Through The Chronicles of Ms. Clarke’s Class series, Julie creates engaging classroom stories that encourage curiosity, confidence and big dreams.

Julie lives in South Carolina with her husband and two children.
