Dr. Vijay Jayachandran is a product and operations executive who started his career as a research scientist and progressively migrated into the world of business through roles in R&D, product development, operations, and marketing. He has led global teams and programs to deliver numerous high-impact products and tens of millions of dollars in incremental EBITDA. He has executed organizational transformations and business turnarounds through clear prioritization and goal setting, grass-roots engagement, focused execution, and development of high-performance teams.

Vijay holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Masters and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, a Masters in Acoustics from Penn-State University, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
