Mr. David Byron Rivera

Mr. David Byron Rivera started his journey in addiction recovery in 2001 as a practicing Pagan. He attended his first AA meeting at an LGBT community center in Philadelphia, Pa.....and stayed sober with AA's help for six consecutive years. During that time he was sponsored by Atheists he met through meeting attendance, he sponsored others......held office in AA, and helped start a CMA (Crystal Meth Anonymous) meeting.

Later, he moved to New Hope, Pa.......where he relapsed after cutting all ties with the sober community.

He converted to Satanism in 2010 and a year later decided it was time to get sober again, but he had outgrown his need for AA and the Christian paradigm had become even more distasteful to him since adopting a new philosophy and religious path...so he searched online for a Satanic sober community......there were none.

He joined and participated in Pagan groups online for awhile and in 2016 he decided to form a facebook group called Left Hand Path addiction recovery, and has since formed; Atheistic Satanists in Recovery, 12 Step Satanists, a group for Theistic Satanists, Agnostics, and those who work with Uncommon Deities......all on facebook.

He has decided to write recovery books with all Satanists in mind.....Theistic, Atheistic, and Spiritual, and attempts to not favor any one path of recovery over others in his writing. David prefers to maintain a sense of humor yet a purposeful attitude when discussing addiction recovery and the Left Hand Path, and hopes any who read his books will be inspired and perhaps even entertained.

About me....

I first took a serious interest in Witchcraft in 1998.

I began my studies with Wicca and have since explored a number of paths and systems. I hope to continue to learn and grow with each passing year.

I was 'reborn' on the Left Hand Path in 2010 and have since explored Satanism (Atheistic, Theistic, & Spiritual), Luciferianism, Chaos Magic, and more.

The more I learn, the more I want to learn.

I am an ordained minister with "Universal Life Church", am a member of "The Church of the Three Witches" and "The Satanic Temple".

My explorations and experiences have helped me develop an Omnistic view of the world and of magical practice and belief... and I am grateful to be able to share what I can with you.
