Charles Gross

Charlie Gross is a 1971 graduate from Hempfield High School in Landisville, PA. He married his high school sweetheart, has three children and six grandchildren. He is a 1975 graduate of Grove City College. He also graduated from Goldey Beacom College and Webster University. He is a retired C-130 pilot from the Delaware Air National Guard. He graduated from Lancaster Theological Seminary (class of 2004) and after serving in executive ministry, pastored the West Grove Presbyterian Church. He is a retired Presbyterian (PCUSA) Pastor. He loves to travel, journal, podcast, German folk dance, and spend time with the family.

Charlie loves to cruise with his wife and they have logged 46 ocean cruises, one Viking river cruise, and one Atlas Expedition cruise to Antarctica. His podcast series, Encouraging Words by Charlie Gross began in April 2020 after a 30 day cruise from Buenos Aires to San Diego. Charlie is able to find encouragement in everyday life and shares those experiences and stories in journaling and podcasting.
