Samy Ibrahim

SAMY IBRAHIM

Born in Egypt and immigrated to the USA in 1974. Samy was raised as a Baptist Minister’s son and was regenerated (born again) in 1958 and baptized in 1963. He is a member of a local Baptist Church in the Greater Boston Area, Massachusetts, the USA. Samy is an Elder in the church and participate in many of the church ministries. Samy led several youth ministry programs for the church through the years. He continue to coordinate and organize the annual family conference of the church which hosts many people from the USA and Canada. Samy is also a member of the Church Choir, serves and works with the church members and the local community. He is the director of the Church's Food Pantry that serves the church's local community. Samy is a semi-retired utility executive and a natural gas and LNG consultant. Samy holds a graduate degree in Management and Administration from Harvard University, a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, and received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts.

Samy is married to Hana (Tarazi) Ibrahim and they both have three children, Susan, Bassim, and Monica and seven grandchildren. They all live, serve and minister in the Greater Boston Area.
