Simon Oldfield, editor of A Short Affair, is a curator and co-founder of Pindrop, the home of art and literature.
Simon discovers new talent and brings extraordinary people together. His vision has led Pindrop in exciting directions and forged collaborations with iconic institutions across the globe to stage cultural projects, exhibitions and performances with world-renowned authors, actors, artists and thinkers.
A Short Affair was born out of the Pindrop's hit series of events and podcast programme at the Royal Academy of Arts featuring leading writers and actors including Stephen Fry, Elizabeth Day, Ben Okri, Will Self, Selma Blair, Russell Tovey, Gwendoline Christie and Nikesh Shukla, hosted in collaboration with world-leading organisations including the Royal Academy of Arts, BAFTA and the Tate.
