In grade school, I was shuffled into the special ed broom closet and handed a paper with a story prompt. Because I grew up in the 1970s, my dyslexia amounted to a death sentence for any aspirations of being a writer, astronaut, or computer programmer. I grew up believing my stories would never reach the light of day. Now, with advanced software and access to professional proofreaders, the strange and wonderful stories alive in my consciousness can meet you in proper form. I am a member of the Queer (LGBTQIA+) Community and write horror, sci-fi, coming-of-age, and fantasy stories with characters struggling with dyslexia, gender equality, weirdness, and the apocalypse. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, with my partner Em and Cooper the C**ker Blocker Spaniel.
