Sister Barbara Sudol CSFN

I am Sister Barbara Sudol CSFN, DA, a Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth who lives in Connecticut, USA. I earned my Doctorate in English from St. John's University, NY. I have taught on the elementary, high school and college levels, was a principal in four elementary schools, and a superior in three convents. I have written and published six books: Mystical Elements in the Poetry of T.S. Eliot, Midlife Magnificat, Kangaroo Kraal (a children's book), Of Lines and Spaces (a novel), and Tales of the Anawim (a short story collection). I love reading, writing, and teaching English. I taught English to seminarians in Vietnam in 2015, and English to our Sisters in Poland in 2018. I write poetry to put my ideas and emotions on paper. At present, I am semi-retired, but my mind is active and every day becomes a new adventure.
