Diane Lato

Diane Lato is a French writer, mother, metalhead and pasta lover who shifted from French novels to French-English poetry while recovering from knee surgery in 2020. Her work has appeared in Honeyfire Lit Magazine and she has self-published two bilingual poetry collections during the covid pandemic: "Late Flowers Die Last" (2020) and "Winter/Fragments/d'Hiver" (2021), available worldwide on Amazon. In November 2022, a few weeks before giving birth to her daughter, she released a chapbook through Californian indie press Bottlecap Press, titled "Black is the Softest Color", available on their website. She's currently writing her third full-length manuscript, focused on the wild journey of becoming a mother.
