Being a full-time mom, Bethany needed always to think of what to cook for her little child and the entire family. Moreover, she has always tried to cook not only delicious but healthy dishes either. Having such an assistant as a slow cooker at home allowed her imagination to run wild and as a result her dish assortment has been diversified and she couldn’t stop trying out various recipes and making experiments. Every day she fell in love with cooking healthy foods using favorite slow cooker more and more.

She was so excited and inspired by her personal experience that was willing to share her recipes, and knowledge with other housewives. Bethany came up with an idea to start a blog by writing her own recipes, sharing informative and useful tips. She started publishing healthy and tasty slow cooker recipes and after some months almost 20 000 people started following her and she got positive feedback. Women got inspired by her and gave her the idea of writing her book.

Bethany was so encouraged and aspired by commendable reviews and began studying various sources about the effects of healthy recipes, did her own researches, consulted dieticians, and attended masterclasses of famous food experts. Soon the hobby has grown into her inspiration and passion of her life. She mastered new cooking techniques and created an abundance of new recipes.

The reason for writing this book is to give the opportunity for young mothers not to get stuck in their daily routine and show that a woman can surely get a kick out of the cooking process during the maternity leave period. There are plenty of recipe books but only a few of them contain healthy recipes and useful lifehacks for the whole family that prevent failures and which teach the right way to cook.
