Ashley Ramirez PhD

Ashley Ramirez, PhD, founder of Mason Dixon Bakery & Bistro, learned she had celiac disease while in college. She went on to receive her doctorate in Chemistry from Duke University in 2012. After receiving her degree, she relocated to Alabama, where a series of serendipitous events led to the creation of Mason Dixon. She dreamed of using her background in science to develop gluten-free recipes to win over even the toughest critics. Her passion for healthy living and providing for her community continues to drive her business every day.
