Raynell A. Paravavides A. is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from the Central University of Venezuela, where he acquired the fundamental knowledge of leadership. He further expanded his expertise through a management training program at the Metropolitan University, which he successfully applied in his professional career within organizations in both Venezuela and his current residence, Peru.

Moreover, he is a radio host and producer with three years of experience in Venezuela, which led him to conduct research in the fields of public speaking, leadership, and body language. Some of his findings are reflected in his present work.

As a recreational poker player with over eight years of experience, he has developed unique analogies for understanding suggested strategies.
