Said Hasyim

Said Hasyim is the Director of Innovation & IT at Royal Plaza on Scotts, Singapore, and the author of the Peak Productivity book series — a science-grounded collection on human performance, cognitive mastery, and self-leadership.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology and human potential, Said has spent years researching neuroplasticity, sleep science, willpower, and behavioural change — not as an academic exercise, but as a personal practice. Every principle in his books has been tested in his own life. Outside of work, he is a Taekwondo practitioner — a deliberate choice to apply the same principles of disciplined learning he writes about.

His work has been featured in The Straits Times. He was invited to speak at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) by their Career & Attachment Office on navigating careers in the AI era, and serves as a mentor in the NTU ConnectingMinds programme for students entering the tech workforce.

Said's books have received over 20 independent literary awards. He writes every word himself — no ghostwriters, no AI.
