Aly is a writer, musician, and terrible cook. She loves cats, hates selfies, holds a blackbelt in Kyokushin karate, and watches every documentary she can find. Her books (and music) stretch genres and feature emotional, angsty themes with gripping storylines that bring all the feels. The only things she enjoys more than shredding hearts is stitching them back together and creating vivid, complex characters you can’t let go.

Her novels have been nominated for an RT Reviewer’s Choice award, received a number of Amazon category bestseller rankings, and have been praised by some of the leading authors in the romance industry. The care and compassion with which she handles difficult subjects like mental illness and suicide has also been recognized by mental health advocates and actively promoted by multiple survivors and organizations.
