Layla Meyer

Layla Meyer is a North Carolina-born illustrator and author who still calls North Carolina home. Layla's family knew she would be creating art and illustrating ever since she was old enough to hold a crayon. However, creating children's books with her father and sister is something no one could have predicted.

Layla loves traveling and expresses this love in her illustrations in Rami, the Travel Lllama and the forthcoming Travel Buddies Series. Layla is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and Wake Technical Community College.
