I've been experiencing the ups and downs of life since 1971. Every day brings new challenges, which I do my best to embrace! I have a love for writing and the spiritual side of life. I have written a book of spiritual poetry called "Life through the Eyes of a Mystic", and a series of books on spiritual healing, which have now been compiled into a new book called "My Self-Healing System". It is my joy to share what I have learned with you.
