Chef Pasqualina Raspaolo is the founder and owner of Culinary Genes, LLC. Pasqualina pursued
her passion in nutrition, culinary arts, and nutrigenomics and has amassed over 20 years of
related training and studies. Her education culminated in a Master of Science degree in Human
Nutrition, and a Culinary Arts Degree with an internship at the prestigious James Beard House
in New York City where she worked alongside and learned from some of today’s top chefs. She has
also completed a genomic medicine and culinary genomics certification.
Pasqualina is a Chef and Nutritionist specializing in health-supportive cuisine by creating
personalized nutritional blueprints based on an individual’s DNA for long-term health. Her
passion is to also keep family recipes and traditions alive. Pasqualina infuses her enthusiasm
and love of food, delicious flavors, and new experiences into her kitchen to experiment with a
variety of beautiful colors and ingredients. Her exquisite and intricate culinary creations are
delicate and flavorful blends that excite the palate and stimulate the senses and that balance the
therapeutic nature of food, gastronomic alchemy, and family traditions.
Pasqualina puts the same care and love into her creations as she does for her family and
friends. Cooking is a family tradition passed down from generation to generation. Her laughter is
contagious and each meal’s preparation is a joyful event for all involved, the result of which never
strays from its original intent to strengthen, heal, and revitalize. Laughter is something she can’t
