Mary Schmid, MBA, runs a Minnesota-based speaking and consulting business.

She believes that everything begins with a conversation to build relationships. The key to building healthy relationships is knowing the science of what goes on in the brain in every conversation and how to apply the principles and skills to lead conversations that earn trust.

She conducts presentations and experiences for financial professionals, leaders, and their teams who want to lead high-trust conversations. Her clients often share that they can focus conversations on what matters to the clients and teams, have a higher degree of confidence in what to say in the moment, allowing people they work with to feel heard, understood, and satisfied every time they interact.
