Juan Peza

Juan PEZA is an industrial engineer and business transformation expert (Lean, Six Sigma, change management) who has spent nearly two decades improving organizations across Europe, the Americas, and Africa—from banking to aerospace, from pharmaceuticals to international logistics.

His work has always come down to the same thing: finding the order within complexity and turning it into decisions that work. That pursuit gave rise to the PEZA Matrix, his method for mapping and aligning a company's processes, and later to STREOR, the consulting firm he leads.

A French-Mexican author and an active voice on applied strategy, he brings the same lens to the classics that have taught people to think for generations—convinced that Sun Tzu's strategy and Aesop's fables remain, today, tools for living and deciding better.
