S. E. Drijfhout is a British-born Dutch executive coach, therapist, and law graduate from University College, Durham. With over 25 years of international corporate experience—including roles at PwC, Johnson & Johnson, and several U.S. software firms—she brings strategic insight and human-centered wisdom to her work.

An ICF-accredited executive, sales, and leadership coach, Sarah specializes in sales excellence, inclusive leadership, human advancement, and high performance. Over the past decade, she has focused on researching, writing, and coaching in these fields and leads the ICF-accredited Inclusive Leadership – Gender Dimensions in Leadership Program.

Integrating coaching with therapeutic practice, she helps clients release trauma and limiting beliefs, fostering authentic growth, clarity, and sustainable transformation.
