Douglas Mann

Doug Mann is the founder of Global Business Assist (GBA), a humanitarian aid organization dedicated to the empowerment of the world’s poor through business development. GBA changed its name in 2014 to Nehemiah Gateway USA. With over thirty-five years of international nonprofit management experience, Doug has served on the board of directors of nine nonprofit corporations.

Much of Doug’s career has been spent living in Europe, and assisting those in need throughout Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Balkans. During the late 1990’s while stationed in Albania, Doug facilitated the networking of over eighty international organizations during the Kosovo refugee crisis.

Doug is an ordained minister, certified educator, author, experienced speaker, Rotarian, and extensive traveler. Doug and his wife, Michelle, reside near Boulder, Colorado. Doug and Michelle have three adult children, two who served as officers in the United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard, while their youngest is a chemical engineer.
