Dr. Wang, Wayne L., was born in Yilan, Taiwan in 1944. Yilan Middle School Junior High School and Taipei Institute of Technology graduate. In 1971, He was awarded a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in theoretical physics. He worked at Carnegie-Mellon University, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Argonne National Laboratory Nuclear Engineering, and Bell Labs Telecommunications Systems Engineering.
He began studying the Tao Te Ching in 2000 to give back to society. He discovers Laozi's Tao Te Ching as an accident, and it is not different from the ancient Greek philosophy and the Buddhist philosophy. In 2017, he began to discuss the applications to society and personal life.
