Cara Rosenbloom is a dietitian, writer, recipe developer, and founder of the nutrition communications company Words To Eat By. Cara inspires people with recipes and tips to ignite their passion for healthy eating.
She's a freelance nutrition writer with the Washington Post and Today's Parent magazine, and co-author of Nourish: Whole Food Recipes featuring Seeds, Nuts and Beans (Whitecap, 2016) and Food to Grow On (Random House, 2021).
As a seasoned presenter, Cara brings her nutrition messages to schools, corporate lunch ‘n’ learns, cooking classes, conferences and TV programs across North America. Her pediatric nutrition skills were honed at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and she tests her recipes on her husband and two children.
