William Sauer

William Sauer is passionate about words and ideas, and views life as the ultimate creative challenge. He spent two decades collecting and very deliberately arranging over 3,000 quotations to best play off, amplify and inform each other. The result is a unique quote collection that reads more as a narrative than a reference book.

His temperament, with its eastern influenced mysticism, Germanic penchant for deep thought, and slightly off-center sensibility, is reflected throughout The Hip Pocket Guide to Offbeat Wisdom.

He is a marketing communications Jedi and storyteller who lives in Rochester, New York.
