William E. Boone

William E. Boone lives in the foothills of North Carolina with his wife Donna and fur babies Duke and Bella. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and cherishes the time spent with his five grandchildren.

William grew up in a small town north of Raleigh and entered th Marine Corps at age nineteen. He ran classified missions while in the Corps. He draws from his experience and lots of research to write the Travis Bones series.

William spent over thirty five years in the communications world and has vast knowledge when it comes to these things. He loves the research needed to do this sort of writing.

William has always enjoyed reading and coming up with stories to share with family and friends. After having open heart surgery, he decided it was time to pursue his passion for writing on a more professional level. That is what brought about the Travis Bones series.
