Marion Bartolini is a mother, professional educator, food lover, and nutritional expert.

Born to Italian parents, Marion has lived most of her life in northern California, near Monterey. Her passion for food and attention to a varied diet led her to develop a deep interest in modern eating-related diseases and how to reverse them or avoid them altogether, with healthy eating habits.

Ironically enough, she developed gestational diabetes during her second pregnancy and seriously struggled with her weight postpartum. So, she threw herself into the sea of evidence of nutritional studies and diets and found that the Ketogenic Diet is the most acclaimed diet for reversing many modern diseases, to safely lose weight and effectively burn fat while eating plenty! So she started introducing the core principles of the diet, such as eating meals that are high in protein and fat and low in sugar, and with amazing results! Marion lost 90 pounds and feels more energetic, confident, and younger-looking.

Marion has been assessing the Keto Diet for a number of years and concluded that, based on endless academic evidence, it is the best diet and option for people that are struggling with modern eating-related diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, infertility, PCOS, and so on, but are too busy to spend time in the kitchen.
