After working as a Nurse for many years, mainly in respiratory training, I realised my love was and has always been, books. I began writing for my children when they were young and the whole process helped me. My children are now artistic, energetic and capable adults who I am very proud of.

Apart from reading and obviously writing I love gardening. As I have just moved house to a garden which has been ignored for at least 5 years, there is a lot to do. I have recently been caring for my Mother who passed away a short time ago. She has helped me realise what is important in life and how life is too short to ignore what you love. I want to enjoy the journey not miss it flying past.
