Alern Wang

Alern Wang was born in Taiwan and received his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tunghai University. In 1975, he received his master’s degrees in Architecture at Toronto University in Canada and University of Washington at St. Louis, Missouri, respectively. He then received his PhD from Tongi University in Shanghai in 1995.

He became a full-time writer after he retired from his 40-year architecture career. He has Chinese publications that include three essays, one fictional book, and three poems.

His articles have been published in major Chinese newspapers and journals in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.
