Scott is a mechanical engineer who recently began an exciting new chapter in his life, writing children's rhyming picture books! Scott's maiden book, entitled 'Smokie the Salmon', was published at the end of November 2020 on through Amazon KDP.

The inspiration for Smokie the Salmon came from watching salmon leaping at the Falls of Feugh in Banchory, Aberdeenshire. Scott lives in the beautiful Aberdeenshire area with his Wife and three children.

Although still fully employed as a mechanical engineer, Scott plans to write more children's book with ambitions of making it a full-time commitment.
