Dr. Crystal Clay is a native Bermuda and founder of Olive Branch Consulting, a Coaching and Leadership Development company that supports clients' efforts to reposition and rediscover themselves for meaningful impact. Dr. Crystal Clay is an Executive Coach and Gallup Strengths Coach. Dr. Clay has spent over 30 years in the corporate sector coaching and teaching leaders prior to starting her own business. Dr. Clay is committed to continuous learning and equipping others through leadership and teaching. She holds a PhD in Organisational Leadership from Regent University. Thrive in True Identity was birthed from a vision for a women's church event, evolved years later as a bible study challenge for women who want to be empowered by the word of God and later to a global platform for women to learn, lead and love together in the thriving room. Thrive in True Identity is a Facebook Community and live fellowship which ministers to women all over the globe.
