James Orr

Active real estate broker and investor James Orr obsesses about risk. He designed and programmed the Real Estate Financial Planner™ software to model a wide range of real estate investing strategies from traditional buy-and-hold to house hacking to Nomading™ to BRRR to fix and flip to wholesaling to buying/selling creatively with lease-options and subject-to deals. He lives with his wife, dog and cat in Northern Colorado.
