Tom Roy

Tom Roy was the Founder and President of Unlimited Potential, Inc., a ministry for professional baseball players for 38 years. Tom also coached baseball at the High School and College levels for 18 years. He is currently leading a new opportunity through the founding of Shepherd Coach Network (SCN), authoring of several Tall-Pines best selling books, and the online course, Shepherd Coach Leadership Lab on Udemy.

Tom spends his days mentoring coaches and leaders across all walks of life, and ultimately finds fulfillment in helping leaders unlock their potential and what God has for them in their lives.

Tom and his wife, Carin, live in Winona Lake, IN. They enjoy daily life in small-town Indiana alongside their two adult daughters and six grandchildren.
