Riina Hellström

Riina Hellström is recommended internationally as a brilliant agile & people professional. She is a pioneer in Agile HR, leading the innovation in the field since 2010. She works as an enterprise organisational development expert, Executive Agile advisor, and one of the two authors of the book "Agile HR - Deliver value in a changing world of work".

She is the founder of the global Agile HR Community (www.agilehrcommunity.com), which is offering certified Agile HR trainings for HR professionals and Agile training for non-IT professionals across all geographies and company sizes.

Being the first HR leader globally to achieve Certified Scrum Professional and Licensed Scrum at Scale trainer, she is bringing Agile into the executive and management of companies, making Agile practical, concrete and applicable in any setting.

Riina holds two Masters degrees, M.Sc.(Tech.), and Applied Neuroscience from Middlesex University. She also acts as Senior Faculty on for University level HR Executive Education programs and in the Josh Bersin Academy.
