Jessie DiCicco always considered herself a writer, but never an illustrator. That was until she discovered the endless possibilities of cut paper. Jessie has her degree in Elementary Education from Delaware Technical Community College and resides in Southern Delaware with her husband and son. You Can Have My Dream is her first book.
