I am a simple wife and mother with a passion for cooking. I like to take care of my body, being very careful about my physical shape and I have years and years of experience as a food consultant. I am constantly in search of the "perfect diet" but I am fully aware that the perfect diet does not really exist, however all diets have their advantages and it is a real pleasure for me to talk about this, with you, in my books!

In August 2019 I officially became a full time author, publishing my first 2 books. The book “Intermittent Fasting For Women” had also become Best Seller. I am very grateful to anyone who has purchased my books, in any format, helping me realize a long-standing dream of full time writing. I still can't believe that I managed to combine my 3 passions in one job: Cooking, Diets and Writing!
