Patsy Kuipers

Widowed at age 38, Patsy Kuipers worked for a large corporation while raising two daughters on her own. When her job was eliminated after a 30-year career, she returned to school to study horticulture, a passion borne of tending the garden her husband left as part of his legacy. Several years ago, Patsy's life-long love of writing met up with faith lessons she was learning in her garden and she began her blog, Back 2 the Garden (patsykuipers.com), to tell others of God's great love and faithfulness, a theme she continues in her first book. When she isn't writing or playing in the dirt, Patsy can most likely be found spending time with her beloved grandchildren or catching up with a friend over a cup of tea.
