Nic Hooper

Dr Nic Hooper is a Lecturer of Psychology at Cardiff University (UK) who specialises in an approach to mental health named Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to a number of scientific articles, Nic has written two books (The Unbreakable Student and The Research Journey of ACT), one journal (The ACT Journal) and one annual diary that is in its 5th year of production (The ACT Diary).
