Christopher Carr is a multidisciplinary artist and activist based in Brooklyn, New York.
--- author, emcee, producer, curator, photographer, videographer, curator, equity advisor for a start up, educator and co owner of Black Land Ownership LLC.
His musical practice spans hip hop (where he raps under the moniker Parnhash), ambient noise
generation, and production. He also works in the media of photography and videography, and
curates live art-based events as the founder of BK Wildlife and co-owner of the Gamba Forest
event space. Chris further educates high school aged students, where he uses his interest in existential crisis as a tool to
help young people explore their purpose and better understand themselves. His activist bent is to create artistic
experiences made for those not invited into more traditional art spaces, and that focus on
celebrating representation as a critical component of making and witnessing art as human
expression.
