Jac Harmon

Jac Harmon was born in London, and developed an interest in history on family trips to historical places in the UK. She studied history at university, specialising in the medieval period.

Jac enjoys writing in most genres, but tends to concentrate mostly on historical fiction. She is currently working on a series of mysteries that revolve around Jack Martyn, an ambitious young thief. These are set in late-Victorian London, and the countryside surrounding the Stour Estuary in Essex.

When Jac’s not writing fiction she enjoys photography, and one day hopes to have enough material to put together an illustrated non-fiction book on historic writing ephemera. She lives in East Anglia with her husband.
