Dr. Eileen Ruiz is the founder of Biobusiness Research, a company dedicated to promoting business skills and knowledge in areas related to the biomedical industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology, a Master's degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Ruiz has more than 15 years of experience working in the biomedical industry.

Her areas of expertise include Quality and Compliance, Quality Audits, Project Management, Microbiology, Laboratory and Sterilization. She offered postgraduate courses at the university level in areas such as Project Management in Biotechnology, Genetics, Microbiology, Immunology, Methods in Biotechnology, and Biotechnology in Agriculture. She has developed and taught Professional Development courses in the areas of Quality Control Microbiology, Project Management for Scientists, Project Management for Researchers, Introduction to Validations, Understanding the Biomedical Industry, Research, CAPA, QC Laboratory, QC Microbiology, Laboratory Investigation, among others.
