Peer Schouten is a senior researcher at the Danish Institute for International Studies and associate researcher at the International Peace Information Service. His research has appeared in Foreign Policy and International Affairs, and has been covered by, amongst others, The Economist, Der Spiegel, BBC, and Le Monde.
