Y.D. Gardens is an experienced educator, health and fitness coach, and author with a deep passion for empowering women to live balanced, fulfilling lives. Before embarking on her journey in primary education, she spent years exploring the world, studying psychology, and coaching clients to achieve their wellness goals through personalized fitness plans and holistic health practices.

An avid learner and reader, Y.D. blends her diverse interests into her writing and coaching. Her mission is to inspire others to align their physical, emotional, and mental well-being while embracing their authentic selves.

Originally from Canada, Y.D. now calls the Australian East Coast home, where she lives with her beloved fur babies. She spends her days teaching, writing, and savoring life’s simple joys, including a not-so-guilty love for cheesecake.
