Jorge Croda

Jorge J. Croda, CGCS, is a bestselling author, neurocoach, and international golf leader. He is the founder of Croda Consulting, a firm dedicated to creating opportunities for individual, organizational, and social growth through leadership, education, and the values of golf. He is also the creator of Best of Me: A Lifestyle, a transformational philosophy integrating purpose, values, and holistic development for individuals, families, businesses, and communities.

Originally from Mexico and a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana, Jorge has built a multidisciplinary international career spanning more than 30 years across Latin America, the United States, and Europe. His professional background combines sports, education, engineering, agronomy, leadership development, and human transformation—giving him a unique ability to connect life, business, and human relationships as strategic advantages.

Throughout his career, he has served as a player, coach, consultant, superintendent, industrial engineer, educator, and executive. Known for his innovative thinking and ability to lead multicultural teams, he has directed global projects in golf course renovation, sustainable agriculture, sports facility design, marketing, talent development, and experiential learning. In 2017, he became the first Hispanic professional recognized as TurfNet Superintendent of the Year in the United States. He later contributed to key agronomic decisions for the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, host of the 2023 Ryder Cup in Italy.

As a First Tee–certified coach and one of the Top 10 Master Teaching Professionals of the PGTAA, Jorge is a passionate educator deeply committed to service. Through his books, programs, conferences, and the Best of Me Foundation, he inspires thousands of people to discover their essence, strengthen their character, heal their story, and lead with purpose.
