Philip Levinson

Philip Levinson has held senior roles in real estate, funds management and more recently, as CEO of 2 Singapore Stock Exchange listed companies. He is a serving officer in the Royal Australian Naval Reserve, has been involved in humanitarian work with Refugee Rescue in Greece and holds a Commercial Helicopter Pilot's Licence.

As a "veteran of the real estate industry", he has advised clients throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe and the US on a variety of assignments. He established the presence in Australia of the world's preeminent asset management firm, Blackstone, and most recently led the IPO of Cromwell European REIT, a Euro 1bn diversified Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with assets across five European countries - the first of its kind.

It was the experiences at the "sharp end" of corporate life that lead Philip to write Three Peaks Leadership, as a handbook to those aspiring to lead or currently in their roles, in order to de-mystify the job of CEO or business leader. Realising that "what got you there won't keep you there", Philip addresses the Seven Surprises for New CEO's, the Three Peaks of Leadership and How to Exit with Grace. Philip acts as a mentor and confidant to a number of successful leaders, encouraging them to perform at their best whist remaining kind to themselves.
