Mark Fitzpatrick

After 26 years’ service as an American diplomat, Mark Fitzpatrick in 2005 joined the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies, producing ten books about nuclear dangers and appearing frequently on global media outlets. In his third career, Fitzpatrick became a cruise ship lecturer. When the 2020 coronavirus curtailed international travel, he turned to exploring the rich history of sites encountered on walks from his home in Tenleytown.
