Silvana Hebert is passionate in helping families with Down syndrome individuals and advocates for each member of a family. Silvana spends her days teaching her children, running an online store: theyellowchairproject.com, while helping others appreciate the unique virtues within the Down syndrome community. As a mother, home educator, author, entrepreneur, and advocate. Silvana wants this story to help children see that they too can become the hero their sibling needs.

She lives in upstate New York with her husband, two daughters, a dog, and a cat.
