Anna Donovan

Anna is an award winning Associate Professor in law at University College London. Formerly a corporate lawyer in London (and admitted as an attorney in New York), Anna's work explores why corporations (and individuals acting on their behalf) act in the way that they do. Her work raises questions that are pertinent not only for corporate compliance, but also for broader debates concerning corporate responsibility and individual autonomy more generally.
