Hello, my name is Christine Reddall. I live in Leicestershire with my husband and I am lucky to have my 5 wonderful grandchildren living near. I have just published my second book about a rare type of dementia called Behavioural variant frontotemporal dementia (BvFTD). I have been a qualified nurse since 1973 spending the last 20 years working as a Macmillan Nurse. I retired from active nursing in 2017 following the death of my daughter Anna, whom this book is about. I am striving to raise awareness of FTD and I am active on many groups who are working hard to enhance and promote palliative care for people with dementia, and to empower better end of life decision making.
