Dr Steven Hadley is Research Fellow at NUI Galway, Ireland, and Visiting Lecturer at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. An internationally recognised expert on audience development, Steven is Policy and Reviews Editor for Cultural Trends and an Associate Consultant with The Audience Agency. Current research focuses on the relationship of arts management to ideology and cultural policymaking at a national level. His book, ‘Audience Development and Cultural Policy’ is published by Palgrave Macmillan.
