Caren Cooper

Caren was born in California on 7 July 1965, and since she was a child, she has had a passion for cooking, being raised in a family of good restaurateurs.

Today Caren has a husband and three children and is a full-time housewife;

For this reason, she needs to cook different meals every day, quick and easy ones, having little time;

In her 25 years of experience, she honed and developed many skills that allowed her to begin publishing, first for fun and then for work, a series of great cookbooks;
